Recalling the brief discussion already presented elsewhere on this website, regarding the territories and the peoples which must be considered to be constituent parts of United European Christendom, there are of course other peoples in other territories. Speaking frankly, some of these peoples and territories are, in civilizational terms, more distant from UEC: Sub-Saharan Africa, China, Japan and Korea, Southeast Asia and Indonesia and the Indian subcontinent (India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, and Sri Lanka) and the territories inhabited by the indigenous and by the mestizo and mulato peoples of Central and South America.

Others of these territories and peoples are located within the national boundaries of nation-states which are factually not constituent parts of European Christendom, but which for spiritual, historical or demographic reasons bear a special relationship with European Christendom. At least four cases deserve special attention here: the Holy Land, Brazil, Asia Minor and Kazakhstan. Moreover, the Amazon presents a special case for the world at large, but one which a United European Christendom would be in the best position -- and most likely -- to protect, and it shall be dealt with below first.

Greater Amazonian Special Ecological Preserve

A flight of fantasy, laughably unrealistic? Given the current world political climate, obviously yes it is. A United European Christendom would be in a position to compensate through annual financial payments the peoples of Brazil, Bolivia, Peru and Paraguay. In return the pictured territories could be either ceded to UEC -- the superior solution -- or some kind of five party protectorate could be set up. The difficulty and complexity of this undertaking would be commensurate with the size and importance of the territory to the world, that is, they would be huge. Do you want to preserve the Amazon or not? The combination of forces within the nation-states of Brazil, Peru, Boliva and Paraguay (the latter not part of the rainforest) will not produce this result. Neither will dis-United half-European post-Christendom.

The territories highlighted on the map correspond to:

• from Brazil, the entire Brazilian North and Center-West macroregions (with Goiânia and Brasília and surrounding areas carved out of the latter), with a total land area of about 5,450,000 km² and about 20 million people;
• from Bolivia, the Pando and Beni Departments plus about 60% of the Santa Cruz Department (and excluding of course Santa Cruz de la Sierra and Montero and large surrounding territories), for a total area of about 500,000 km² and a population of about 700,000;
• from Peru (after Brazil, Peru has the largest share of the Amazon Rainforest), its three eastern most provinces, Loreto, Ucayali and Madre de Dios, together with 555,984 km² of territory and about 1,432,000 inhabitants;
• from Paraguay, the Alto Paraguay Department in northern Paraguay and the Boquerón Department in western Paraguay, together with 174,018 km² of land and 61,000 people.

Athough not terra nullius, the territories outlined above and highlighted on the map below within the Special Ecological Preserve have a combined land mass of 6,680,000 km², with a population of only about 22,200,000 people, a population density of about 3.32 people per square kilometer (Germany has a population density of about 229/km²; the United States of America about 34/km²; Russia about 8.3/km²). The value of these lands to world ecology, bio-diversity and climate could hardly be overstated. Current political arrangements, the nation-state status quo ante, condemn the rainforest to complete destruction during the course of this 21st Century.

All new human immigration into these regions is to be strongly discouraged. Emigration out of these regions by all non-isolated-indigenous peoples is to be strongly encouraged. All cultural and economic contacts with the isolated-indigenous peoples in these regions is to be strongly discouraged, with the notable exception of Orthodox-Catholic Christian evangelization, which is to be explicitly condoned and materially facilitated by UEC authorities. Will evangelizing the native peoples of South America, bringing to them the Good News of Salvation through Jesus Christ, constitute an interference with their cultural hyper-autonomy? Obviously yes it will, and it is well worth it. If discreet groups or individuals within the Special Preserve wish to leave their, for practical purposes, isolated condition, and integrate themselves within UEC at large, then they too should be encouraged to emigrate out of the Special Preserve. Sorry folks, but there is a fundamental incompatibility between human habitation and exploitation, and the preservation of these ecosystems, with all the benefits that spill over into the human habitations in UEC and elsewhere in the world.

Brazil

As a quite separate matter from the Special Ecological Preserve, were the territorial integrity of Brazil not to be regarded by its own inhabitants as inviolate -- the reader has probably guessed at the present writer's views regarding the merits and value of nationalism -- the territories coterminous with the current Brazilian states of Paraná, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul (with a combined population of about 30,000,000 and a combined territory of 576,410 km²) could be admitted to and regarded as part of United European Christendom, a fine addition.

The Holy Lands

Egypt

How much different would the lot of the Coptic Christians in Egypt be in 2014 if they were under the protection of a United European Christendom?

Accurate figures are very hard to come by, but the number of Copts -- Coptic Christians, the only actual Egyptians in Egypt, the majority of the population being the descendants of the Arab Muslim and later Turkic Muslim invaders -- in Egypt is probably not less than 8 million people, nor more than 16 million. That is, they are 10 to 20 percent of the current population. Egypt appears only at first glance to be sparsely populated, about the same number of people as Germany (circa 80 million) on 3 times as much land (1,002,450 km²). In fact the vast majority of this land lies within the Sahara Desert and the Lybian Desert. Only the Nile River Delta -- about 5 percent of Egypt's total land mass -- can support human population. So inhabitable Egypt is one of most densely populated countries in the world, nearly 10 times as densely populated as Germany, which is itself very densely populated. There would be good arguments for granting citizenship and the right to immigrate into any of the constituent territories of United European Christendom to all of these 8 to 16 million Coptic Orthodox Christians, while of course denying such right to any of Egypt's Muslims. (In fact the quislings who populate the consular offices of the State Department of the United States of America, for example, afford de facto preference to Muslims in Egypt seeking visas to come to the United States, discriminating against the Christians!) Of course such open immigration permission if granted to the Copts could well result in the de-Christianization of Egypt, the de-Christianization of Egypt!:

-the land wherein the Holy Family sojourned for two and a half years (" ... the angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream and said, 'Rise, take the child and his mother, flee to Egypt, 7 and stay there until I tell you. Herod is going to search for the child to destroy him.' Joseph rose and took the child and his mother by night and departed for Egypt. He stayed there until the death of Herod, that what the Lord had said through the prophet might be fulfilled, 'Out of Egypt I called my son.'" Matthew 2:13-15);

-one of the first countries whose population converted to Christianity, where Saint Mark the Evangelist, and one of the Seventy Disciples of Christ, author of the Gospel and companion of Saint Peter, established the Church of Alexandria about the year 43, only 10 years after the Ascension of Christ into Heaven.

While successive Egyptian governments and the Muslim man on the street will speak fervently of their brotherhood with the Coptic Christians (Egypt's economy is heavily dependent on European tourism, that is tourism from UEC), in fact the Christians have suffered persecution over the entire 1400 years since the Muslim invasions of the early Seventh Century. A case study for European Christians throughout the world, or those with the ability to learn even simple lessions, the circumstances for Christians are very bad in all regions and neighborhoods in Egypt with a Muslim majority. The temptation for Christians to leave Egypt en masse would be great. (Consider also the exodus of Christians from Iraq over the years since the ill-considered and ill-executed US military intervention.) Although a strategy which would depopulate Egypt of its Christians should not be embraced, the Coptic Christians should be under the standing protection of the united forces of United European Christendom. This can include granting every Coptic Christian a permanent 90-day visa per 12-calendar months. Or perhaps the permanent visas -- really permanent part-year residency permission -- should be for 90 days in any 180, so in effect for half a year each year. But what to do at the end of the period? Turn an official blind eye to illegal stay-overs, as indeed is done now en masse with respect to many illegals not Descendants of European Christendom within European Christendom, even to those of the Muslim Fifth Column in our midst! Maybe this would not be the worst solution. Or the authorities in the United States or Germany or New Zealand or elsewhere in UEC should force screaming families onto airplanes to return to Muslim hostile fire zones? Obviously not, but equally obviously pursuing policies which will have the inevitable result Christian depopulation of the ancient Christian civilizations in the Holy Lands surely is not the best that we can come up with.

This page sub-heading was Eygpt. Many of the immediately preceding remarks could be made with equally good, maybe better, applicability to Iraq, Syria and Lebanon. As the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, ISIS, a.k.a., the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant or the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham or just the Islamic State, sweep through Iraq crucifying Christians (Syria has been somewhat, but by no means entirely, spared this nightmare for the present as of this July 2014 writing, essentially because of Vladimir Putin defeating this chapter of the machinations of the American Jewish Neo-cons, though a week from today the picture could deteriorate drastically), the situation in Egypt will appear calm only by comparison. To those Americans and Britons who think Christianity was founded in 1611, protecting the ancient Christian civilization of the Assyrians who converted to Christianity in the First and Second Centuries, who still speak Christ's Aramaic language (and protecting the Tome of Jonah and the rest) in Mosul may be off the radar screens. Indeed, however personally brave and steeled to self-sacrifice, those who joined in the ill-conceived military incursions undertaken by America's last untutored president actually contributed mightily to these enormous losses for Christendom. Soldiers in United European Christendom will be part of more worthy projects than providing public schools for Muslim girls or pursuing idiotic, actually evil, Ecumenical Jihad projects.

		So Barnabas went to Tarsus to look for Saul; and when he had found him, he brought him to Antioch. For a whole year they met with the church, and taught a large company of people; and in Antioch the disciples were for the first time called Christians. Isreal and the Palestinian Authority

Asia Minor

Consideration could begin to be given to granting the nation-state of Turkey full membership in United European Christendom at the point in time when 90 percent of its population has been Christian for four generations. Until such time, forget Turkish UEC or EU membership.

Still, it speaks volumes that this could even have been seriously discussed over these past many years. This circumstance well illustrates how far so many members and especially political leaders within (presently dis-United) European Christendom have fallen. Because Turks within UEC constituent countries nearly invariably vote for candidates from the "liberal" political parties of these countries - most prominently the SPD within Germany - these "leaders" would sell thousands of years of civilizational accomplishments and our Christian integrity, or what little of it remains, in exchange for their own transitory political advantage!

The red-colored provinces in eastern Asia Minor pictured on the map below (and the map above) are those regions in which the Armenian Christians predominately resided before the Turks burned, raped, shot and starved 1,500,000 of these Christians to death during the Armenian Genocide, conventionally dated to have begun on 24 April 1915, in fact occurring from 1914 through 1918.

The red-colored area in pictured western Asia Minor is that portion of the current nation-state of Turkey which lies geographically within what has come to be defined as the continent of Europe. The fact that the Turks invaded and conquered this region and its Christian people -- the capital of the Christian Eastern Roman Empire, Constantinople, having fallen to the Muslim Turks in 1453 due to Christian disunity -- now supplies the grounds and justification for the Turks and the European "liberals" advocating for Turkish membership in the European Union. At the signing of the Ankara Agreement on 12 September 1963 the population of Turkey was less than 31,000,000. The CIA Factbook estimates the July 2011 population of Turkey at 78,785,548. So if their agenda succeeds, and presently it is succeeding, what is soon to be 100,000,000 Turks can immigrate into the already morally and demographically enfeebled countries of western Europe, and the Turks and Muslims generally can achieve through demographic replacement what they were not able to achieve through war and extermination of European Christians 280 years earlier at the walls of Vienna.

Other events of recent history which highlight the absurdity of even discussing Turkish admission to even the European Union include:

-The Asia Minor Catastrophe / Μικρασιατική καταστροφή - the ethnic cleansing of 1,500,000 Greek Christians, countless of which died during the process, from the nation-state of Turkey -- that is from their ancient ancestral homelands, as Asia Minor was Greek before the Turkic invasions -- during the period from 1912 through 1923, corresponding to the Balkan Wars, World War I, and the Turkish War of Independence, and then receiving the "ratification of law" by the 1923 population exchange agreement between Greece and Turkey signed by the Greek and Turkish governments in Lausanne, Switzerland on 30 January 1923 (500,000 Turks were also required to leave Greece at this time, although in a much more humane way; in 2011 there are at least 100,000 Turks still in Greece, while there are less than 2500 Greeks left in historically Greek Asia Minor);

-the Istambul Pogrom / Σεπτεμβριανά of 1955;

-the closing in 1971 of the Eastern Orthodox Church's Halki seminary (Theological School of Halki / Θεολογική Σχολή Χάλκης) by the Turkish government. In November 2007 they also demolished the Church of Our Lord's Transfiguration (17th Century) at the Halki Seminary. (Note also, the Ecumenical Patriarch's stated public support for Turkey's admission to the European Union must be understood in this context. They are 2500 against 74 million and barely allowed to survive. What else could he say? And recall also that the next Ecumenical Patriarch -- the highest honored bishop among all the Orthodox Churches of the world -- must be drawn from among these 2500 people, half of whom are women, with other vocations);

-the Turkish invasion of Cyprus in 1974 and the continuing occupation by the Turks of the northern third of the island. (Cyprus would have been entirely back in Christian hands long ago but for British interference in 1878 on the side of the Turks! In the second half of the 20th Century, during the reign of Elizabeth II, the British colonial power used Turkish police to battle the Greek Christians in order to maintain the British overlordship of Cyprus.);

Unless the above stated conversion comes to pass, Turkey should be permanently excluded from membership in United European Christendom. And none of its people whatsoever should be permitted to immigrate into any of the territories of UEC. These are not the case because of Turkish violations of human rights or because of Turkey's flawed constitution or because of Turkey's absurd law (which actually continues to be enforced in the 21st Century), the famed Article 301 of the Turkish Penal Code, which makes it a crime punishable by years of imprisonment for "a person who publicly denigrates Turkishness". The real reason is that Turks are not Christian and they are not European. The leaders within even pre-United European Christendom should have the courage to state this plainly and publicly, or they should not be leaders. The Turkic people have taken quite enough from European Christains and from European Christendom.

Note: On 12 September 1963 - the atheist leaders of the predecessor of the European Union, the European Economic Community, and the Muslim Turks signed the Ankara Agreement, initiating a multi-staged process of customs union, economic integration and EEC-to-Turkey economic assistance, with the ultimate goal of Turkish membership in the EEC, that is the European Union. A curious "coincidence" attempting to undo the Polish victory over the invading Turks at the walls of Vienna on 12 September 1683.

Kazakhstan

Kazakhstan can not fairly be considered to be a constituent part of United European Christendom, obviously. The circumstance that a small portion of Western Kazakhstan is located west of the Urals and therefore is technically in Europe is meaningless to these purposes (UEC or even current European Union membership), the more so as the "European part" of Kazakhstan lies within the provinces of Atyrau/Атырау and West Kazakhstan/Батыс Қазақстан, which ethnically are both overwhelmingly Turkic. The clear majority of Kazakhstan's population is Turkic-Asian and at least nominally Muslim. It was inhabited by nomadic, largely Turkic tribes which perhaps only solidified into a distinct national group in the 16th Century. Although by the mid-19th Century all of Kazakhstan had been incorporated into Tsarist Russia, the Russians and other Europeans did not really begin to arrive in numbers in the territory of Kazakhstan until the 18th Century. Then of course the Soviet authorities forcibly deported European populations to Kazakhstan -- Germans, Poles and Ukrainians and others, those who were not murdered during the Holodomor and at other times and places.

By 1970 European peoples comprised almost 60 percent of the population of Kazakhstan (these consisting of Russians, Ukrainians, Germans and Byelorussians, in that order). Many of these people, including almost all the Germans (and others who pretended to be Germans or Jews), emigrated over the 20 years since its political leadership declared independence from the Soviet Union on 16 December 1991. Still, even in 2012 about 30 percent of the population of Kazakhstan are the Descendants of European Christendom, just under 5 million people (but the Russians are dying off quickly). The vast territory of the country -- 2,727,300 km² -- makes for a population density of less than 6 people per km², and indeed there are fewer than 10 million Kazakhs in Kazakhstan (but with very high birth rates, growing quickly), the total population of Kazakhstan being about 15.5 to 16 million people.

Promoting irredentism being no part of the agenda of United European Christendom, there is no notion of "taking these back" for incorporation into UEC, yet it still bears mentioning that of the 14 provinces and 3 independent cities in Kazakhstan, even today in some of these European peoples outnumber the various Turkic peoples. One of the independent cities, the 57 km² Baikonur/Байконур, was constructed to service the Baikonur Cosmodrome/Космодром Байконур, and it is rented and administered by Russia. The provinces with European majorities make up the Northeast "bulb" of the country, and they are: Pavlodar/Павлодар, Karagandy/Қарағанды, Kostanay/Қостанай, North Kazakhstan, East Kazakhstan and Akmola/Акмолa, the latter province also being the former name of what is now the capital city of the country, Astana, which is administered as a separate city, not part of the Akmola Province/область/облысы. Of course the fact that they were a minority in these regions is the reason why the Kazakh authorities moved the capital from Almaty to Astana, to discourage the Russians from considering carving this region out of Kazakhstan and into Russia. Unlike in other countries, to date the government of Kazakhstan has done a remarkably good job of treating the Descendants of European Christendom fairly. They can freely practice Christianity. Due to these and other factors, Kazakhstan does have a special relationship with European Christendom de facto, and it should continue to have a special relationship with United European Christendom.
